1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the online courses, digital materials and related services (together, the "Services") offered under the VITAMIN CANDLE® brand.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean JUN L.L.C-FZ. "You" means the individual who purchases or accesses the Services.

2. Eligibility and where we sell

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Services. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you give us is accurate.

We sell the Services only to consumers in the United States, Australia and New Zealand. We do not offer, market or sell the Services to consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, and we do not accept orders from consumers resident there. If you are resident in the EU or the UK, please do not purchase.

3. What you are buying

The Services are digital content: pre-recorded video lessons, written lesson material, downloadable documents, and the support channels described in the course. They are delivered online through our course platform. Nothing in the Services is a physical product, and no physical materials, tools or ingredients are supplied unless we state so in writing.

Course access begins once your payment is confirmed and your account is created. Your access period is 310 days (approximately 10 months) from the date of enrolment. After that period your access ends.

4. Price, currency and tax

The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay. We do not add mandatory fees later in the checkout process. Where we are required to charge value added tax, goods and services tax or any equivalent consumption tax based on your country of residence, that tax is included in, or clearly shown alongside, the price before you confirm your order.

You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees or card issuer fees applied by your own payment provider.

5. Your licence to use the material

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course material for your own learning and for your own candle-making or fragrance business. This licence lasts for your access period.

You may:

  • use the techniques you learn to make products and sell them under your own brand;
  • keep personal notes and download any material we make available for download.

You may not:

  • share, resell, sublicense, publish or distribute the videos, PDFs or written material, in whole or in part;
  • share your login credentials, or allow anyone else to use your account;
  • record, re-upload or re-host the course videos anywhere;
  • use the material to build or teach a competing course, workshop or training programme;
  • use our brand names, logos or the VITAMIN CANDLE® mark to describe your own business without our written permission.

All intellectual property in the Services remains ours or our licensors'.

6. Certification

This program is professional-level training in fragrance blending and candle making. It does not lead to a nationally recognised, government-accredited or regulated qualification, licence or registration in any country, and completing it does not entitle you to describe yourself as holding an accredited or nationally recognised qualification. If your country requires a licence, registration or insurance to make or sell candles or fragranced products, obtaining those is your responsibility.

7. AI-generated narration

The English narration in our course videos was produced using AI voice technology from the original Japanese recordings by our founder and instructor, Junko. The teaching content, the demonstrations and the person shown on screen are real and unchanged; only the spoken English audio is synthetic. We disclose this in the course, on each lesson, and in the video captions.

8. Support

Support is provided through the channels described inside the course during your access period, during our stated business hours. We aim to answer within 2 business days. Support covers questions about the course content. It does not include reviewing your business plan, your pricing, your legal or tax position, or the safety testing of products you intend to sell.

9. Suppliers and third parties

Our course material names suppliers and products that we have found useful. We have no commercial relationship with those suppliers unless we say so, we do not guarantee their prices, stock, quality or delivery, and we are not responsible for your dealings with them. Prices, availability and links change; always check for yourself before buying.

10. No professional advice — safety and compliance are yours

Our courses teach fragrance blending and candle making as a craft. Nothing in the Services is medical, health, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or to describe any effect on the structure or function of the body.

Candle making involves heat, hot wax and open flame. You are responsible for working safely, for supervising your own workspace, and for any product you make. If you sell what you make, you are responsible for meeting the product safety, labelling, testing, insurance and registration rules of the country you sell into. These rules differ by country and change over time.

11. Results

Results vary. Any experience, outcome or business result shared by our students, on our website or in our marketing is that student's own experience. It is not a guarantee, promise or prediction of what you will achieve, and we do not represent it as typical. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market and circumstances.

12. Cancellation and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. That policy also sets out the statutory rights that apply to you in Australia and New Zealand, which we do not exclude.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you share your account or our material, if you infringe our intellectual property, if you behave abusively towards our team or other students, or if your payment is reversed or charged back. If we end your access for any other reason, we will refund the unused portion of your access period.

14. Our liability

We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss arising from products you make or sell. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the course in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Australia: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

New Zealand: Where you acquire the Services as a consumer, the guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply and cannot be contracted out of. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under that Act or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

United States: Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your state that cannot be limited by agreement.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published when you placed your order. If we make a material change affecting students with active access, we will tell you by email.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live — including the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the consumer protection laws of your US state — and you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
