1. General information only

The webinars, courses, videos, PDFs and templates provided by JUN L.L.C-FZ, trading as VITAMIN CANDLE® ("we", "us"), are for general education. They are not advice tailored to your situation, your products or your market.

2. No income or results guarantee

We teach the methods we use ourselves, and we sometimes describe what happened in our own shops and classes. None of it is a promise about what will happen for you. We do not guarantee that you will sell anything, earn any particular amount, or reach any particular level of skill.

Any figures mentioned are examples of our own experience. They are not averages, not projections, and not typical results. What you achieve depends on your skill, your effort, your pricing, your market and many things outside our control.

3. Safety — wax, flame and essential oils

Making and burning candles involves heat, molten wax, open flame and concentrated plant extracts. Please work carefully.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, draughts and anything flammable.
• Molten wax and heating equipment can cause burns. Use suitable equipment and ventilate your workspace.
• Essential oils are concentrated. They can irritate skin and eyes. Some are not suitable during pregnancy, for young children, or for people with certain conditions, and some are harmful to pets.
• Patch test, follow each supplier's safety data sheet (SDS), and keep within the usage limits for every material you use.

You are responsible for working safely, and for the safety of anything you make, give away or sell.

4. Your own compliance

The rules for making, labelling, packaging and selling candles and scented products are different in every country and state — for example labelling and hazard classification, fragrance usage limits, weights and measures, insurance and business registration. We do not check what applies to you.

Before you sell, confirm the requirements in your own market and get professional advice where you need it.

5. Not professional advice

We are not lawyers, accountants, doctors or safety regulators. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial, medical or regulatory advice. Anything we say about aroma or essential oils is not medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness.

6. Third parties and links

We sometimes mention tools, suppliers or websites that we use. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, products, prices or practices. Anything you buy from them is between you and them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our materials, including lost profits or business losses, or arising from anything you make or sell. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights under consumer law.

8. Where we sell

We sell our courses only to consumers in the United States, Australia and New Zealand. We do not offer or sell to consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
